This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned superintendent with strong field management experience who is looking to grow into a Construction Manager position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Lead superintendents, foremen, crews, and subcontractors to ensure safe and productive job sites. Oversee project execution from mobilization through completion. Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and material deliveries. Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor project costs and productivity while maintaining budgets. Perform cost tracking and assist with project forecasting and estimating. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and inspectors to keep projects on schedule. Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety standards. Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and maximize efficiency. Travel extensively to active projects throughout Texas and surrounding states. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in civil construction is required.

Dirt work Site work Grading Excavation Compaction Soil stabilization Duct bank installation Substation construction Right-of-Way (ROW) clearing Strong leadership experience managing field personnel and subcontractors. Experience tracking project costs, maintaining budgets, and assisting with estimating. Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to safety and quality. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Requirements Must be willing to travel 100% for project assignments. Ability to work in outdoor environments and on active construction sites. Must be comfortable managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. Willingness to travel extensively throughout Texas and surrounding states. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on power utility, data center, and heavy industrial projects. Background in utility infrastructure or substation construction. Experience mentoring field personnel and developing future leaders. Desire and ability to advance into a Construction Manager role.
