Sr. Retail Construction Project Manager Fulltime Weatherford, TX We have an exciting new job opening for a Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager in the Retail division to join our client's growing team and work on-site at their office located in Weatherford, Texas. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support project coordination and change order management efforts across active retail construction projects. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail remodeling and renovation projects from project award through closeout, with primary accountability for project financial performance, operational execution, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. This role serves as the financial leader for assigned projects while working in close partnership with the Operations Manager to ensure operational goals are achieved, and company standards are consistently maintained. This role provides leadership to Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Superintendents while serving as the primary liaison between Project Managers and executive leadership. The Senior Project Manager is expected to proactively identify risks, drive profitability, mentor project teams, and continuously improve operational processes to support the growth of the Retail Division. Responsibilities Financial Management Own the financial performance of assigned projects and ensure profitability goals are achieved or exceeded. Maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Review project financial performance weekly and implement corrective actions when necessary. Manage project cash flow through timely owner billings, subcontractor payments, and forecasting. Oversee the pricing, negotiation, documentation, and collection of change orders. Review subcontractor commitments, purchase orders and project expenditures. Identify financial risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Present financial updates to executive leadership on a regular basis. Operational Partnership Partner closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient execution of all retail projects by: Participating in weekly operational, scheduling, financial, and tactical meetings. Collaborating on retail billing status, change order tracking, and project closeout performance. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices. Field Collaboration Work closely with Project Managers to: Maintain project budgets. Ensure subcontractor's change order pricings is submitted timely. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Support successful project turnover and closeout. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience. 5+ years of experience managing retail remodel or renovation programs. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across multiple geographic regions. Demonstrated success delivering projects within occupied retail environments. Strong background in project financial management, forecasting, and contract administration.

Strong financial leadership experience including:

Budget development & management, cost forecasting, WIP reporting, cash flow management, change order management, contract administration, & risk management.

Leadership experience including:

Executive communication, team development, strategic decision making, conflict resolution, cross-functional collaboration, & negotiation. Experience with national retail clients such as Walmart, Target, grocery, or similar preferred. Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
