Vanguard Homes is looking for a Project Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day activity on our jobsites. Are you dependable, well-organized, and detail-oriented? Are you big on communication, problem solving, and excited to build houses our customers love? Construction experience is not necessary -- we'll teach you everything you need to know!Responsibilities:
Visit active jobsites and check progress daily Communicate with subcontractors, homeowners, vendors, inspectors Identify issues or missing information before they cause delays Take photos, provide updates, and track tasks Coordinate inspections, deliveries, materials, and homeowner selections Learn what to look for during each stage of residential construction What we're looking for: Highly organized and dependable Strong communicator Observant and detail-oriented Assertive enough to ask questions and speak up when something needs attention Good critical thinker and problem solver Comfortable working independently Comfortable using apps, text, email, Google Drive, and project-management software Reliable transportation and ability to travel between jobsites around Wichita Falls and surrounding areas Ability to work outdoors, walk active jobsites, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Construction or project-management experience is a plus, but not requiredPay:
Hourly, based on experience + gas/mileage reimbursementPay:
