Job Description The Site Manager oversees site readiness, workforce support, and daily operations for large-scale industrial construction projects. This role ensures personnel can safely access the site, remain productive, and have the facilities, logistics, and resources needed to execute project work. The Site Manager serves as a key coordination point between project teams, discipline leaders, contractors, and vendors to support efficient site operations across Texas. Responsibilities Lead site mobilization activities and ensure jobsites are ready for personnel and operations. Coordinate site facilities, including trailers, utilities, internet, security, and access controls. Manage onboarding, orientations, badging, and site access requirements for employees and contractors. Oversee day-to-day site operations, workforce scheduling, and site logistics. Supervise site administrative and safety personnel. Manage general conditions budgets, site expenses, and operational costs. Administer timekeeping, payroll tracking, reporting, and site documentation. Coordinate staffing needs, contractor support, and workforce rotations with project and discipline leaders. Manage vendors, procure site-related materials and equipment, and obtain competitive quotes. Coordinate travel, housing, equipment, and supplies for field personnel. Support asset management and ensure efficient use of site resources. Resolve operational issues and provide on-site support in a fast-paced construction environment. Partner with discipline managers to support staffing and project execution goals. Required Qualifications Experience in industrial construction, site operations, logistics, or project support. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing site mobilization, facilities, and workforce coordination. Knowledge of payroll administration, timekeeping, and site documentation processes. Experience working with contractors, vendors, and field personnel. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Ability to work independently in field-based and remote jobsite environments. Willingness to travel extensively and work rotational schedules. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting large-scale industrial or construction projects. Experience in site logistics, workforce planning, or field operations management. Experience managing site budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships. Familiarity with onboarding, compliance, and access control processes. Work Environment This is a field-based role supporting active industrial construction projects across Texas. The position requires regular travel, work at remote jobsites, and close collaboration with project teams, contractors, and vendors. The Site Manager plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and productive site operations throughout the project lifecycle. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wink, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
