See Below Job Description Three Peak Construction is a premium construction and remodeling company. We build high-end projects, work with high-expectation individuals, and we care deeply about doing things the right way. We are hiring a Project Manager to own our active remodel and construction projects from start to finish — schedule, budget, subs, clients, and quality. This role is for someone who can carry a project on their shoulders and still sleep at night. You will be the person clients trust and crews follow. You will keep jobs on budget, on schedule, and at the standard our name depends on. You will work directly with leadership and have real authority over how your projects run. This is a build-it-and-own-it role, not a babysitting role. Compensation Your base salary is $70,000-$80,000 and you can earn upwards of $109,000 hitting all of your metrics.
- Project bonus — up to 3% of each project's gross profit, earned across three measures (1% each): profit (project finishes at 35%+ gross profit), schedule (project hits its schedule targets), and customer satisfaction (NPS of 90% or higher). Calculated quarterly and paid out evenly across the following quarter.
- Change order bonus — 5% of gross profit on every approved and collected change order, paid monthly.
- Annual performance bonus — an additional 3% of total annual gross profit, earned when you hit your annual KPIs and complete $1.5M in project volume (2-5 jobs). Paid in full each January for the prior year. The better your projects run, the more you make. What We're Looking For
- 4+ years managing residential construction or remodel projects (high-end strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to run multiple jobs on budget and on schedule
- Strong command of construction methods, sequencing, and quality standards
- Confident managing subs, vendors, and demanding clients
- Sharp with numbers — budgets, change orders, and margins
- Comfortable with scheduling and project management software
- Calm under pressure, decisive, and accountable What You'll Do
- Own active remodel and construction projects end to end (4-6 projects)
- Build and hold realistic schedules and budgets
- Hire, schedule, and manage subcontractors (we have a large base to start from)
- Keep clients informed, confident, and well served
- Track costs, change orders, and margin on every job
- Enforce our quality standard at every stage
- Catch and solve problems before they become expensive Typical Day You walk a job in the morning, catch a framing detail that's off, and get it corrected before it costs anyone a day.
Back at the office you approve a change order, line up next week's subs, and update a client who's nervous about the timeline. By afternoon you're solving the kind of problem that would sink a less organized job. You keep three or four projects moving without dropping the standard on any of them. Growth Opportunity We are building toward becoming the number one firm in the area, and we need leaders to get there. The right Project Manager can grow into senior operations and leadership as we scale. If you want real ownership and upside, it is here to earn. Benefits
- Company truck and gas card
- Company laptop and technology
- Company apparel
- 6 paid vacation days during your first year Three Peak Culture We are not the cheapest company in town, and we are not trying to be.
We have been featured in the Park City Parade of Homes, and our goal is to become the number one firm in the area. We do high-quality work and expect a high standard from our team. That means follow-through, professionalism, honesty, and pride in the details. We want someone who takes ownership, identifies solutions, and helps us build a company people trust. We're an Equal Opportunity Employer. Background, race, gender, religion, none of that matters to us. Character, competence, and professionalism do.
