Euclid Timber Frames has been building with craftsmanship and care since 1987. We specialize in traditional timber framing and are also innovators in sustainable construction, building full homes with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT)—a cutting-edge green building technique.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Job Foreman with a solid background in construction to lead our on-site crews. This is a hands-on role requiring both supervision and active participation in daily construction tasks. Experience in timber framing or green building is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Install and Production Managers to schedule and plan projects Lead job site layout and installation for timber framing, ICLT, and conventional framing Coordinate use of on-site equipment such as cranes and tele-handlers Supervise and work alongside crew members on all aspects of the build Communicate with homeowners and general contractors to ensure successful project delivery Maintain a safe and compliant job site at all times
Requirements:
2-4 years of supervisory experience in construction Minimum of 5 years overall construction experience Valid Driver's License Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with timber framing and/or sustainable building techniques is a plus
