We are looking for a Job Foreman with a solid background in construction to lead our on-site crews. This is a hands-on role requiring both supervision and active participation in daily construction tasks. Experience in timber framing or green building is a strong plus.Responsibilities:
Work closely with Install and Production Managers to schedule and plan projects Lead job site layout and installation for timber framing, ICLT, and conventional framing Coordinate use of on-site equipment such as cranes and tele-handlers Supervise and work alongside crew members on all aspects of the build Communicate with homeowners and general contractors to ensure successful project delivery Maintain a safe and compliant job site at all timesRequirements:
2-4 years of supervisory experience in construction Minimum of 5 years overall construction experience Valid Driver's License Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with timber framing and/or sustainable building techniques is a plusBenefits:
