Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead low voltage construction projects from planning through completion. In this role, you will manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. You will oversee the installation of low voltage systems, including BMS panels, conduit, Ethernet cabling, peripheral devices, and system terminations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. On a daily basis, you will coordinate field teams and vendors, review drawings and contracts, lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve technical or operational challenges that could impact timelines or budgets. You will also ensure all installations comply with OSHA regulations, industry standards, and quality requirements while maintaining accurate project documentation, managing change orders, and driving projects through successful closeout.
