Job Description
Polaris Construction Consultants, Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in Southern Utah. If you're someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects, keeps jobs running on schedule, and knows how to lead crews with confidence, we'd like to talk with you.
Responsibilities:
✔ Manage residential construction projects from groundbreaking to final completion ✔ Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers ✔ Schedule inspections and ensure code compliance ✔ Maintain project schedules and budgets ✔ Communicate daily with project managers, clients, and trade partners ✔ Solve field issues quickly and professionallyQualifications:
- 5+ years of construction superintendent or foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods
- Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple trades
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
