Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Field Coordinator to oversee roofing projects and ensure quality standards are met from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll be on-site managing day-to-day operations, maintaining quality control, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Maintain quality control and oversee all phases of project completion Conduct inspections at key project milestones Stay on-site to manage crew operations and address issues Communicate with homeowners and provide regular project updates Document progress and maintain accurate records in real time Ensure customer satisfaction and project sign-off Requirements Valid driver's license and good driving record (required) Construction or roofing experience (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems quickly Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills Comfortable with technology and project management tools

Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:
