Full Job Description Estimated Earnings:
$60,000 - $120,000/yr (Competitive base scaled to local market experience + project-based commission)

What You'll Do:
Subcontractor Coordination:
Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
Scope Execution:
Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
Field Inspections & CX:
Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.
What We're Looking For:
2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building. Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
Preferred:
Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
