Position Summary:
Reef is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects within our Park City, UT development market . This role requires a proven leader with deep expertise in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with milestones and contractual obligations Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting Identify , assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations Negotiate contracts, change orders, and resolve disputes effectively Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies Mentor junior project managers and team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management , Engineering, Architecture, or related field o r demons trated project management experience. 6 + years of experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices Experience managing projects with significant budgets (e.g., $ 2 0M+) Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore) Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure PMP, CCM, or similar certification preferred
