  • Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties | Residential remodels, additions, and new builds $25
  • 30 per hour, depending on experience BHR Custom Homes is a small but growing residential builder working on remodels, additions, and new builds along the Wasatch Front.
We're looking for a steady, hands-on coordinator to be our eyes and ears on active jobsites, keep trades moving, and make sure the work is done well. This is an onsite role, reporting directly to the Project Manager and the Owner. What you'll do:
  • Schedule subcontractors, confirm their arrival and scope, and coordinate handoffs between trades.
  • Track daily progress against the project schedule; flag delays early and help keep the next steps ready.
  • Walk work in progress, compare it with plans and agreed scopes, and raise quality concerns before they become rework.
  • Keep jobsites organized and ready for upcoming trades, inspections, and client walkthroughs.
  • Coordinate material needs and deliveries with the project manager and trades; flag shortages or mismatches.
  • Maintain punch lists, follow up on open items, and document daily progress with clear notes and photos.
  • Communicate regularly with the project manager and office about site status, decisions needed, and changes that may affect schedule or cost. Escalate scope changes rather than promising them onsite. What we're looking for
  • Experience working on residential construction sites, especially remodels or additions.
  • Ability to read plans and scopes and spot when field work doesn't match them.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and clear communication with trades and the office.
  • Sound judgment about when to solve a field issue and when to bring it to the project manager.
  • Reliable transportation to jobsites around the Wasatch Front.
Pay:
$25
  • 30 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Hours may vary depending on jobsite needs.
