Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Construction Coordinator specializing in Roofing & Restoration to oversee and coordinate on-site construction projects in Southern Utah. This role involves managing various aspects of roofing and restoration projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, roofing, and restoration, with excellent organizational and communication skills to lead teams and liaise with clients. Duties Schedule and coordinate roofing/restoration work orders (labor, materials, subs) Track budgets and job progress; flag issues early and help solve them Perform quality control inspections and document results Adjust timelines and sequencing as conditions change (weather, material delays, scope changes) Communicate clearly with customers, crews, and internal team to keep projects moving Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in construction (roofing/restoration strongly preferred) Strong scheduling/coordination skills and ability to manage multiple jobs at once Solid understanding of jobsite safety, quality standards, and basic budgeting Valid driver's license; comfortable working in the field daily Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred Compensation & benefits Hourly pay with opportunity for overtime & performance bonus Company truck + paid fuel
