We are seeking a dynamic Field Superintendent to oversee fast-paced, high-volume production projects in the St. George area. In this role, you will provide critical supervisory support, manage employee and general contractor relationships, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Project Ownership:

Manage assigned job sites from start to finish, ensuring all work meets contract requirements, high-quality standards, and budget constraints.

Logistics & Material Management:

Order necessary materials and supplies to keep the project moving forward without delays.

Team Leadership:

Direct, motivate, and optimize the efficiency of on-site workers and subcontractors to meet strict deadlines.

Tech & Documentation:

Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based file systems to execute, track, and document project progress from kickoff to closeout.

Communication:

Maintain clear, professional verbal and written communication with office staff, clients, and General Contractors.

Problem Solving:

Multitask across several simultaneous site activities, prioritizing tasks effectively and resolving conflicts or logistical issues as they arise. What You Will Bring (Requirements)

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commercial Supervisor or in a similar construction leadership role.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Tech Savviness:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new project management software.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

A positive attitude with strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and team-building skills.

Critical Thinking:

Ability to interpret complex instructions, systematically define problems, and implement cost-effective solutions.

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work 40-50 hours per week in person. Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points) Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Previous experience in high-volume production construction. What's in It for You (Benefits & Perks)
