Two-day casting callback in Salt Lake City, Oct 10-11, for a cinematic branded commercial. We need a coordinator to keep both days on schedule and look after candidates. Roughly 10-12 people a day, individually scheduled, 20-30 minutes each.

The role:

greet and settle candidates, manage the schedule and waiting area, handle arrival paperwork, and act as the in-room chaperone during a short piece of rehearsed physical direction, checking each candidate is comfortable before the read and calling time when a slot runs over. You're a fit if you have event or production coordination experience, you're organised and warm, and you're comfortable being the person responsible for candidate comfort during a physical read. Paid at a day rate for two days. Reply with relevant experience and confirmation you're free both days.
