We specialize in complex renovations and custom homes where execution, communication, and attention to detail matter. Our work has been recognized in the 2024 Parade of Homes with awards for craftsmanship and curb appeal. We are currently preparing a 2026 Parade home as we continue to expand into high-visibility, architect-driven projects. We operate with structured systems, clear expectations, and a high level of accountability, without the chaos that often comes with residential construction. Our projects are well-managed, our standards are high, and our clients expect professionalism from everyone on site. The Role We're hiring a High-End Residential Construction Superintendent to lead field execution across active projects. This role is responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving at a high level from start to finish. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate daily site activity, maintain quality control, communicate with clients and project managers, and solve problems before they become delays. This role is for someone who takes pride in running clean, organized projects and delivering high-quality work. We've built detailed systems, defined responsibilities, and operational support so our field team can execute at a high level. You'll have autonomy, ownership, and direct impact on the success of each project. What You'll Own Daily site management and coordination of all subcontractors Maintaining project schedules and keeping trades accountable Daily logs in Houzz Pro documenting progress, site activity, deliveries, and issues Friday 2-

Week Lock:

confirming all labor, materials, and upcoming work for the next 2 weeks Monday schedule verification to ensure projects stay on track Same-day escalation of any issue affecting schedule, budget, quality, or client experience Weekly client updates covering completed work, upcoming work, and key decisions Quality control inspections before each phase turnover Coordination with project managers, designers, architects, vendors, and homeowners Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Carpenter, or equivalent field leadership role High-end residential construction experience strongly preferred Experience managing multiple trades and coordinating complex schedules Strong communication and organization skills Ability to proactively solve problems and maintain momentum on site Familiarity with Houzz Pro, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar project management software Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Local knowledge of Salt Lake County / Wasatch Front subcontractors and suppliers is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation Hourly:
