Project Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to lead and oversee installation projects across various construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that all installation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with construction management software. As an Project Supervisor, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and uphold quality standards to deliver successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Supervise installation teams on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines Coordinate daily activities related to the installation of equipment, systems, or infrastructure in line with schematics and blueprints Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes Manage project scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines while maintaining quality control standards Oversee budgeting activities related to installation tasks and ensure cost-effective resource utilization Conduct regular site inspections to verify proper installation and system functionality Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards throughout all phases of installation Collaborate with contractors, clients, and management teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication Skills Extensive experience in construction management and site supervision with proven leadership capabilities Strong understanding of contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating processes Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations such as OSHA standards Excellent management skills with supervising experience on large-scale construction projects Familiarity with roofing (Shingle / Metal) projects is a plus Our Project Supervisor role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects while working within a collaborative team environment.
