Electrical Superintendent Company Overview:
Our client is a leading provider of electrical construction services dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions on commercial projects. They pride themselves on creating a safe, efficient, and innovative work environment while ensuring that their projects are completed on time and within budget. The estimated pay range is $120,000 - $135,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee field operations and manage a team of Foremen and field personnel. Develop project budgets in collaboration with Project Managers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Create detailed schedules and manage labor, materials, and equipment allocations. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of project requirements. Maintain daily logs of job site operations and report progress to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in supervising commercial electrical construction projects. Journeyman or Master Electrical License and extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code. Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in project management software and business communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to read and interpret plans and project specifications with keen attention to detail. OSHA 30 preferred.
