Forman Apprentice

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Forman Apprentice to join our dynamic construction team. As a Forman Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced supervisors and project managers to learn the fundamentals of overseeing construction sites, managing teams, and ensuring project quality and safety. Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications Support project managers and superintendents Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate execution of tasks Contribute to safety compliance by adhering to OSHA regulations and conducting routine safety inspections on-site Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation, site logistics, and material deliveries Assist in reviewing contracts, change orders, and project documentation to support effective project management Support supervisors in supervising subcontractors and labor crews, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards Qualifications Familiarity with general tools Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients Demonstrated ability to supervise or assist supervising teams on construction sites Drive to excel and develop a career.
