Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator Ashland, VA | Full-Time | Day Shift We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our growing team in Ashland, VA. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment supporting daily operations, inventory management, material handling, and customer order fulfillment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of safety, organization, and accuracy. What You'll Do Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Pull and prepare customer orders accurately Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds Load and unload materials and shipments Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy Organize and restock warehouse inventory Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with Will Call pickups and customer coordination as needed What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire) Experience in construction materials or building supply environments is a plus Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor yard environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Environment:

Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting with varying weather conditions and loud warehouse noise levels. This role includes regular standing, lifting, walking, and operating warehouse equipment throughout the shift.
