We specialize in remodeling, interior painting, decks, handyman services, and ongoing property maintenance and we're known for quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We're looking for an experienced construction professional to step into a key leadership role. Responsibilities Oversee residential home improvement projects including bathroom and kitchen remodels, interior painting, drywall repair, deck rebuilds and new builds, handyman service calls, and more Assist the owner and future Operations Manager in coordinating project schedules, material orders, subcontractor schedules, and jobsite logistics Lead field crews of 1-3 personnel while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards Communicate with homeowners throughout each project and provide an outstanding customer experience Identify challenges early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and operations as the company grows Provide written reports and photo updates using company systems (Jobber and CompanyCam) Stay responsive on your company G-Suite account (Gmail, Chat, Drive) Support and uphold the reputation and values of HD Property Solutions on every project Skills Extensive experience in residential construction, remodeling, or general contracting Proven leadership experience managing projects, crews, or daily field operations Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail High level of professionalism, integrity, ownership, and accountability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications (experience in one or more is highly valued) Licensed or extensive plumbing experience HVAC knowledge Hardwood, tile, or carpet installation Finish carpentry Deck and fence experience Concrete and masonry Broad knowledge across multiple residential construction trades

Pay:

$55,000.00 per year
