Assistant Superintendent

Dominion Builders and Contracting is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will lead field execution, ensure safety and quality compliance, and maintain effective communication with project teams and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily onsite operations and manage subcontractor activity Ensure construction is completed on schedule and within budget Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company guidelines Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve issues Assist with project planning and schedule tracking using RS Means and other tools Document project progress, delays, and changes accurately

What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of construction management experience in a Site Superintendent or field leadership role Proficient in RS Means or similar estimating software 2-5 years of submittal experience Strong understanding of commercial construction practices Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Procore, and other construction software Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical documents Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Valid driver's license; ability to travel between job sites as needed Join Dominion Builders and Contracting and help lead successful, high-quality construction projects.
