Job Description

Seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for apartment, condo, and other multifamily construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily construction activities and jobsite operations Supervise subcontractors and field crews Maintain project schedules and timelines Review blueprints, plans, and specifications Coordinate inspections, materials, and deliveries Ensure quality and OSHA safety standards Resolve jobsite issues and coordinate with Project Managers Manage punch lists and project closeout

Requirements:

5+ years of multifamily construction experience Experience with ground-up apartment or residential projects Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Strong leadership and communication skills OSHA 30 preferred Valid driver's license

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
