Join out team program to achieve these Performance objectives: Assess each job site, develop a plan for completing the work, and help the team execute the work from start to finish until it is completed promptly and meets the company's quality standards. Hold team members accountable for clocking in and out daily by monitoring the app for compliance and having coaching conversations for them to improve their progress. Consistently meet or exceed client expectations for cleanliness and safety standards on construction sites. Effectively manage and motivate cleaning teams to achieve high-quality results within specified timeframes. Maintain a 98% or higher client satisfaction rate through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Reduce cleaning supply costs by 10% through efficient inventory management and waste reduction strategies. Implement and maintain a comprehensive safety program, maintaining zero workplace accidents. Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education, certifications in cleaning or construction management preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cleaning or related field Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols specific to construction environments Strong knowledge of Floor Technician techniques, equipment, and experience with the work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and team members Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as well as your reliable means of transportation Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling, reporting, and inventory management Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 30 pounds regularly Knowledge of basic professional cleaning techniques Can do Attitude, eye for detail, coachable, and a team player Friendly communication and interpersonal skills Ability to move fast and efficiently while on a construction site Skilled technician or mechanically inclined.Responsibilities:
Team Management and Training:
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate cleaning staff for various construction projects. Provide ongoing training and development for team members on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement strategies.Quality Control and Client Relations:
Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and client specifications. Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and project managers. Operations and Safety Management Create and optimize cleaning schedules and workflows for maximum efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations14 Implement and oversee proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and waste materials.Resource Management:
Monitor and control inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning projects. Identify and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and incident reports. Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management daily. Document and track equipment maintenance and repair needs.Benefits:
