• for our Transportation Division located in Chesapeake, VA.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics in the Chicagoland area.

+ Selection of field site personnel + Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects + On-site co-ordination of manpower, materials and equipment + Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule + Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel + Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs + Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities + Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition + Working with the Owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents + Participates in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.

• QUALIFICATIONS

• + High School diploma + 10+ years of experience + Basic computer skills are preferred + Specific roles may require relocation
