Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead our construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software. Duties Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols. Develop detailed project plans using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking to meet project milestones. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of design specifications. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution. Conduct site inspections to monitor safety compliance, quality standards, and progress; address issues promptly. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Construction management software for documentation, communication, and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within commercial or civil construction environments. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, contracts, and schematics. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore or similar construction management software. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and quality assurance procedures. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.
