About the Position The Assistant Superintendent is a key field leadership role supporting the successful execution of construction projects. Working closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager, you will help manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for a driven construction professional ready to step into greater leadership responsibility, with the opportunity to grow into a lead Superintendent role.
