About the Position The Assistant Superintendent is a key field leadership role supporting the successful execution of construction projects. Working closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager, you will help manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for a driven construction professional ready to step into greater leadership responsibility, with the opportunity to grow into a lead Superintendent role. Requirements 5+ years of construction experience in a field leadership or supervisory role Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and codes Experience with CPM scheduling and project coordination Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction-related software and daily computer applications Ability to work flexible schedules as project demands require Leadership mindset with the ability to take initiative and support team success Benefits Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off Career advancement opportunities and leadership development Exposure to complex, high-profile construction projects Salary $100 - $120
