Virginia , Fredericksburg Job Description Bridge Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Bridge Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale bridge construction and repair projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background managing complex, high-value infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations on bridge construction and repair projects Manage crews, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure safe and efficient execution Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, and materials Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards Work closely with project managers, engineers, and inspectors Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations Identify and resolve field issues in real time

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in bridge construction and/or bridge repair required Proven track record on large, complex bridge projects Strong leadership and field management experience Deep understanding of heavy civil construction methods and sequencing Ability to manage crews and multiple project priorities
