With a strong local reputation and a growing footprint, they are positioned for continued expansion and is seeking a sales leader to help scale its business development efforts and drive market growth. About the Position The Sales Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team while also contributing directly to revenue generation. This individual will recruit, train, and mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and establish a consistent pipeline of referral-based business through strategic relationships with plumbers, HVAC contractors, property managers, and commercial facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active participation in the field.
