Job Description

Lynmar Builders is a Commercial General Contracting Company Specializing in Supermarket, Restaurant, Hotel, and Retail construction. We providing Construction and Maintenance for our customers in the states of NJ, PA, DE, MD, and VA. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.

  • MUST BE WILLING TO ANSWER COMPANY PHONE AS NEEDED TO RESPOND TO DAY & NIGHT CREWS WORKING ON JOB SITES!
  • GENERALLY
A MON-FRI SCHEDULE BUT CAN REQUIRE VISITS TO JOB SITES WITH NIGHT CREWS
Duties:
  • Manage project development from initiation to closure
  • Coordinate internal resources and subcontractors
  • Develop a detailed project plan and schedules
  • Handle all RFIs and Submittals
  • Managing Cost
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and safety of all on site
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Reviewing Site Super's daily reports
  • Pre bid walk throughs
  • Redlining and reviewing plans with VP of Construction
  • Handle permits and inspections needed for each job
  • Communication with customers to review scheduling and changes to scope of work
Skills:
  • Well versed in reading and reviewing blueprints Strong process management skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Experience in program development
  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of sage software
  • Excellent communication skills with customers
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
  • Understanding of contract management processes
  • Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively
Job Type:

$75,000.00
  • $90,000.
