About Us We are one of the most well respected commercial construction company in Northern Virginia known for commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. This is a reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. We have completed a wide range of commercial buildings, including office buildings, medical facilities, retail spaces, and government buildings. Our company is well known for comprehensive safety program that includes regular training, safety inspections, and the use of advanced safety equipment, being members of the U.S. Green Building Council and have completed numerous LEED-certified projects. We are looking for a Superintendent because of our backlog that will run us another 7+ yrs in the beautiful state of Virginia. (all in northern, VA) What You Will Be Doing Oversees every step of the construction process, from planning to completion. What You Need for this Position At least 5+ years of recent Ground Up Construction
  • Must have proven history of completed ground up projects from start to finish within Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Etc.
  • Procore experience is also needed
  • OSHA Cert. Benefits Base Salary
  • $90K
