About Our Client My client is a respected, long-standing commercial general contractor serving the DMV for over 60 years. They specialize in preconstruction, general contracting, construction management, and design-build services, with a strong focus on religious institutions, schools, and community-driven projects. With a team of 15 employees and hands-on leadership, the company offers a collaborative environment where individuals have direct visibility and impact on projects. Their portfolio includes churches, private schools, commercial offices, retail, and recreational facilities, with the majority of work concentrated in Northern Virginia. Job Description This role will oversee project management across multiple commercial projects, ensuring execution, safety, and schedule adherence. Proven experience in managing construction projects, such as municipal, retail spaces, religious institutions, educaiton, and hospitality Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools and software. A focus on quality, safety, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.
