Herndon, VA The Role We're supporting a Top-25 ENR-ranked national GC with an expanding data center portfolio in hiring multiple Project Executives. This role will own the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects, driving schedule, budget, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities Own project performance from preconstruction through closeout. Lead project strategy across budget, schedule, quality, safety, and profitability. Partner with preconstruction, project management, and field teams to drive successful execution. Lead senior-level relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Oversee project financials, forecasting, risk, and overall commercial performance. Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams. Resolve major project issues and drive accountability across the team. Qualifications 12-20+ years of construction experience, including significant data center/mission-critical experience. Proven track record with a large General Contractor delivering complex, large-scale projects. Experience leading multiple project teams and senior project staff. Strong understanding of MEP, structural, and civil construction. Demonstrated ownership of project financials, schedules, and client relationships. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience delivering hyperscale or multiple data center projects . Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Self-perform experience.
