Project Manager

• Restaurant Construction | Reston, VA A long-standing commercial GC in Reston, VA is hiring a hands-on Project Manager to own restaurant projects across Northern Virginia and DC, from kickoff through closeout.

What you'll run 3 restaurant projects: 2 in VA and 1 in DC 2 smaller projects for a repeat customer 1 higher-end downtown DC build, approximately $5M All local, no overnight travel What you'll do Own budget, cost tracking and financial performance Handle subcontractor buyout and contracts Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and long-lead procurement Drive the schedule with your Superintendent Lead OAC meetings and work directly with owners, architects and engineers Support an APM and keep repeat clients happy Run closeout, punch lists and turnover What you bring 5+ years as a commercial construction PM Ground-up restaurant experience True project ownership, not just PM support Northern Virginia / DC market experience What you get $120K

• 130K base plus holiday bonus 401(k) with 4% match PTO and paid holidays $300/month tax-free vehicle allowance Generous benefits Onsite, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM
