Development Coordinator

We seek a Development Coordinator to help lead our organization in the ways stated below. The following gives an overview of some of the activities of the job: Maintain compliance to all local, state and federal erosion and sediment control and related stormwater requirements throughout entire corporate portfolio. This will apply to both long-term assets and assets under construction. Help manage pace and scope of subcontractors performing development work. Ensure timely delivery of development materials to sites. Represent company at site inspections and administer actions for bond release and other compliance items.
