Construction Superintendent

Construction Project Superintendent with at least 5 years' experience with

Commercial Construction Overview:

primary company representative at project sites, responsible for the timely and quality placement of work. Supervises all field construction work and implements and enforces all safety and quality control policies/procedures. This role offers strong long-term growth opportunities, including the high potential for advancement to a Senior Superintendent position based on performance and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

Manage on-site projects from start to completion following the project schedule. Coordinate schedule and interface with inspectors. Daily communications with Project Manager. Ensure order is maintained and disputes do not arise between subcontractors Schedule daily activities and coordinate between trades. Monitor and ensure safety on the jobsite. Interface with Owners and Owners representatives. Qualified candidates have the following skills, knowledge, and experience: Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications. Knowledge of OSHA standards, OSHA 30 Certified preferred. OSHA 10 minimum requirement Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and SharePoint. Procore experience. Ability to compile reports. Ability to schedule, and multi-task in a fast past atmosphere. Knowledge of IBC code standards preferred. Ability to represent S-Works Construction Corporation in a professional manner dealing with owners and project stakeholders.

Experience and Education:

Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction practices in all divisions. High School Diploma or GED required.
