Responsibilities:
Support Facility Projects Managers by physically being on the job sites overseeing construction projects. Act as a liaison between the contractors and Project Manager. Ensure the site is safe according to standards and safety rules. Verify that all personnel have the proper PPE for the job. Maintain construction barriers as needed. Keep construction sites safe and compliant with industry safety standards. Coordinate and communicate effectively with construction teams and management.
Requirements:
Background check required Initial/Random Drug Tests Site Access and safety training will be required Reliability, punctuality, and dedication Good communication skills Trustworthiness and responsibility Knowledge of construction techniques Knowledge of construction industry safety standards Flexibility to work standard hours Monday-Friday 7:00-4:30, with overtime and weekends as required Ability to coach construction workers System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
