Manassas, Virginia job type: Contract salary: $57.25 - 85.87 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Oversee the execution of pre-construction work for datacenter campus sites, fulfilling the dual role of Construction Project Manager and Project Safety Advisor.

Lead complex site development projects, including the relocation of groundwater treatment facilities, monitoring wells, and electric distribution lines.

Coordinate directly with environmental engineering firms, responsible parties, and regulatory bodies to ensure site activities comply with national and state environmental consent orders.

Liaise across design teams, contractors, and project professionals while ensuring all on-site activities maintain strict health, safety, and operational standards.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of progressive experience delivering complex capital development projects and environmental compliance. Active OSHA 30 certification alongside at least 5 years of dedicated experience in construction Health & Safety. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of building cross-functional relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory agencies.
