Pay:

$40-$55 per hour, depending on experience Renova Management is seeking an experienced Class A General Contractor Qualified Individual (QI) to join our growing construction and property improvement company. We specialize in residential and commercial renovation, remodeling, property maintenance, and general construction services throughout Northern Virginia. The ideal candidate has extensive construction experience, understands Virginia DPOR licensing requirements, and can serve as the company's designated Qualified Individual for a Virginia Class A Contractor License. Responsibilities Serve as the designated Qualified Individual for Renova Management's Class A Contractor License. Ensure construction operations comply with Virginia DPOR regulations and applicable building codes. Provide technical guidance and oversight for construction projects. Assist with project planning, quality control, and construction compliance. Coordinate with management regarding contractor licensing requirements. Maintain accurate records and support licensing renewals when necessary. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience. Meets Virginia DPOR Qualified Individual requirements for the applicable contractor classification. Has completed or is eligible to complete required Virginia contractor licensing examinations. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices. Experience in remodeling, renovations, general contracting, or construction supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Currently serving or previously served as a Virginia Class A Contractor Qualified Individual. Experience supervising subcontractors and multiple construction projects. Familiarity with Northern Virginia building regulations and permitting procedures. Compensation $40-$55 per hour, based on experience and responsibilities. Flexible scheduling may be available.
