This role requires a strong leader who can manage timelines, coordinate teams, communicate clearly with ownership, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project flow
• Track and enforce project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
• Provide clear, consistent progress reports to ownership (including project updates, completed work, and upcoming milestones)
• Make sound construction-related decisions in the field to keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact timelines or budgets
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management (new builds preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable reporting directly to ownership and providing accountability
