- Need an experienced Superintendent for Commercial/Industrial/Healthcare/Retail Facility projects Company was founded 100 years ago, and projects are in the $5MM
- $25MM range , ALL ground up construction .
Ideal candidate must be based near DMV (Northern VA, DC and west of DC) , and able to frequently travel in in that region! Lots of projects throughout the region, and a health pipeline of upcoming projects. Must have experience with Ground-Up/New AND Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Retail, Educational or similar projects. Need a strong leader that can get up to speed quickly and see projects through to completion Travel allowances available as needed, including $1k vehicle allowance, gas, phone allowance and other applicable allowances. 100% Paid Healthcare as well.
