Compensation:
$115,000-$130,000 base salary

The Role The Site Superintendent is a senior, boots-on-the-ground construction leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of complex, ultra-luxury custom homes ranging from $5M-$10M+. These homes often feature modern design elements, custom detailing, advanced building science, steel integration, and high-end finishes. This individual is a true construction expert who understands how homes are built—from foundations and structural systems to waterproofing, envelope performance, and finish coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from pre-development through warranty period Manage subcontractor scheduling, coordination, and daily execution Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism suitable for high-net-worth clients Conduct daily site walks for quality control, plan/spec compliance, and progress tracking Oversee construction sequencing including foundations, framing, steel integration, waterproofing, and finishes Collaborate with Project Managers on short-term scheduling, issue resolution, and execution planning Utilize Procore for daily logs, punch lists, documentation, and field communication Anticipate construction challenges by proactively reviewing plans, details, and specifications Mentor and support other Site Superintendents What Were Looking For Experience & Technical Expertise 7+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential or comparable luxury commercial projects Deep understanding of building science, construction sequencing, and complex structural systems Experience with steel construction preferred Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and grading plans Proven track record managing ultra-custom projects Leadership & Mindset Coachable, humble, and open to feedback—experience without rigidity Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership Positive, solutions-oriented attitude Comfortable leading subcontractors while collaborating with internal teams Technology & Organization Comfortable using construction technology (Procore preferred; BuilderTrend acceptable) Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Proficient with basic computer tools (Excel, Word)
