Milestone Owners Association Now Hiring:
Part-Time Community On-Site Property Manager Schedule Hours Status Location 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Approx. 25 hours/week Part-time, hourly On-site community office Position Overview Milestone Owners Association is seeking a professional, organized, and community-minded part-time Community On-Site Property Manager to support routine HOA operations, resident communication, facility coordination, clubhouse and pool administration, vendor follow-up, and community records. This role works under the direction of the HOA Board of Directors and in coordination with the Association management company. Key Responsibilities  Serve as the on-site contact for routine Association business and resident inquiries.  Support clubhouse, fitness room, pool registration, clubhouse rentals, and facility coordination.  Inspect common areas for maintenance/repair needs and coordinate approved vendor follow-up.  Maintain calendars, resident communication lists, website updates, and monthly newsletter content.  Attend Board and annual membership meetings; prepare draft minutes for Board review.  Receive, log, and coordinate Architectural Change Applications with the ARC.  Maintain access, lock, registration, rental, and Association records confidentially.  Provide administrative/logistical support for Board-approved community events and seasonal activities. Schedule Office hours are expected to be 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, approximately 25 hours per week. Some evening availability may be required for Board meetings, annual meetings, and occasional community events. Seasonal scheduling needs may vary during pool registration and clubhouse rental periods. Ideal Candidate  Prior administrative, HOA, property management, office coordination, or customer service experience preferred.  Professional, courteous communication with residents, vendors, Board members, and committees.  Strong organization, follow-up, recordkeeping, and basic technology skills.  Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Excel, email, calendars, website updates, and basic office systems.  Able to work independently while following Board direction, Association policies, and management procedures.  Able to handle confidential resident and Association information with discretion.
Compensation and Application Compensation:
$22 per hour
