Job Description Oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain productivity and safety standards. Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management regularly. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at the job site. Review project plans and blueprints to ensure alignment with client specifications. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions. Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. The Successful Applicant Superintendent:
10+ years multifamily construction experience (degree preferred) Proven oversight of at least 2 full-cycle ground-up projects Experience with garden-style or podium builds preferred Strong Procore proficiency required Willingness to travel nationally
Assistant Superintendent:
Multifamily construction experience (degree preferred) Open to Field Engineers ready to step into leadership roles Exposure to ground-up projects preferred Willingness to travel nationally What's on
Offer Superintendent Salary:
$130K-$170
K Assistant Superintendent Salary:
$90K-$110K Milestone bonuses tied to safety, schedule, and financial performance Vehicle allowance: $800/month + company gas card (Supers only) Per diem (taxed): $1,925/month (out-of-state residence) $1,410/month (in-state residence) Monthly extended weekend travel home (Fri-Mon) Company-covered travel for final interview This is a fantastic opportunity for driven professionals to make a significant impact in the construction field.
