Job Description
The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate daily construction activities at the Refuge - Richmond, VA but could potentially work at various Lawson work sites. This position will be accountable for oversight of onsite supervision and management responsibilities across multiple trades simultaneously. Individuals must be able to manage subcontractors and construction flow appropriately. Individuals must be able to take a lead role to provide direction to subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, onsite Lawson Assistant Superintendents, and Field Techs.
