AGE and shall meet one of the following below A graduate degree in a child related field such as elementary education, nursing, or recreation form a college or university and six months of programming experience An endorsement or bachelors degree in a child related field such as elementary education, nursing or recreation form a college or university an done year of programming experience 48 semester hours of college credit in a child related subject or CDA or 72 quarter hours of college credit from a college or university of which 12 semester or 18 quarter hours are in a child related subject and one year of programming experience Tow years of programming experience with one year in a staff supervisory capacity and at least one year of the following education backgrounds: A one year early childhood certificate from a college or university that consists of at least 30 semester hours CPR and First Aid certification required Demonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferred Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds) Ready to lead with purpose? We're looking for an early learning professional who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Feels confident taking the lead and running a smooth program Takes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In this role, you will: Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards Make child safety the top priority at all times Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success This isn't just a job - it's your next step forward.
