This role serves as the company's primary field leadership representative, responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide overall field leadership for assigned construction projects from startup through completion Oversee daily jobsite operations, including scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of trades Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations Conduct site inspections and evaluate construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications Coordinate closely with Project Managers to maintain cost control, scheduling, and project performance Review subcontracts, submittals, and change orders; assist in resolving field-related issues Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring productivity, safety, and contractual compliance Lead regular jobsite meetings to communicate project status, expectations, and updates Proactively identify risks, delays, or conflicts and implement solutions to maintain project flow Support pre-construction planning, scheduling strategies, and project logistics Assist with procurement efforts and material management as needed Maintain accurate and organized project documentation (RFIs, plans, change orders, etc.) Enforce jobsite safety standards and support safety inspections and Job Hazard Analyses Foster a strong team environment and maintain a positive jobsite culture Leadership & Supervision Direct and mentor Foreman and field personnel Promote accountability, teamwork, and professional development across project teams Serve as a key decision-maker in resolving field challenges and conflicts Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of construction field management experience Proven ability to successfully lead projects through completion Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and scheduling Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project schedules Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Project Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Work Environment & Requirements Primarily field-based role with exposure to varying weather and site conditions Requires walking, standing, climbing, and occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) Daily travel between project sites required Valid driver's license required
