This individual will play a key leadership role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and execution across complex electrical installations. This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a strong backlog of high-profile projects, significant growth opportunities, and a commitment to excellence in the mission critical construction market. Responsibilities Lead all field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects Plan, coordinate, and supervise electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and field personnel Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Develop and maintain detailed labor plans, manpower forecasts, and installation schedules Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and project documentation Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, General Contractors, Owners, and Vendors Oversee material procurement, equipment deliveries, and workforce planning Drive compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and field inspections Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve project performance Mentor, develop, and train foremen, lead electricians, and field staff Manage quality control processes and ensure work meets project standards Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with change order pricing Support project scheduling, cost control, and construction planning efforts Participate in project meetings and coordinate field activities with multiple trades Requirements 10+ years of electrical construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities Experience serving as an Electrical Superintendent, General Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Foreman Strong background in commercial, industrial, mission critical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or data center construction Experience managing large electrical crews on complex projects Knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, switchgear, feeders, generators, UPS systems, grounding, lighting, and controls Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and electrical schematics Strong understanding of labor management, manpower forecasting, quality control, and project execution Experience with project scheduling and construction sequencing Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and organizational skills Ability to travel as required Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License Master Electrician License OSHA 30 Certification Data Center Construction Experience Hyperscale Data Center Experience Experience on projects valued between $20M and $100M+ Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical background Ideal Experience Data Centers Mission Critical Facilities Hyperscale Campuses Industrial Construction Pharmaceutical Facilities Healthcare Construction Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Annual bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities Long-term project pipeline Industry-leading safety culture Interested in learning more?
