This position includes benefits such as a phone allowance, health insurance, 401k plan with match, paid holidays, and paid time off. Once this job is completed, additional fieldwork will be available. (The ability to occasionally visit the regional office in Chantilly, VA would be helpful so living between the two locations is ideal.)

Requirements:

Be able to pass a drug test. Must have own transportation. Well-versed in Microsoft Word and Excel. Be self-motivated. Able to walk jobsites, climb a ladder, work outdoors exposed to the elements, stand on your feet for extended hours. Able to read a tape measure and understand drawings is preferred. Relevant college / trade school degree and/or a few years' experience of steel erection or construction supervision is required. Steel Construction type work. Work from heights including equipment, scaffolding, and ladders wearing PPE and a PFAS. Take instruction. Supervise and motivate erection personnel. Manage multiple erection crews. Field measure. Monitor jobsite safety. Prepare daily logs and weekly timesheets. Plan future erection activities / develop a schedule. Schedule erection crews. Schedule deliveries. Resolve jobsite problems. Develop and maintain client relationships. Negotiate Change Order Requests. Provide feedback to detailing. Other work, which may be assigned by CSF executives.
