Project Manager - Commercial Construction $85,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience Lite Building Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project execution. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. Coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Track project costs, commitments, and cash flow. Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and site conditions. Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to coordinate sequencing and resolve project issues. Assist with estimating, subcontractor proposals, and preconstruction planning. Qualifications 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion Proven experience with budgets, schedules, subcontractors, owners, and architects Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and project sequencing Experience with tenant improvements and commercial renovations preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Life insurance Cell phone reimbursement Paid holidays and PTO Employee referral program Opportunities for professional growth Schedule & Location Full-time, Monday-Friday 8-hour days Commercial construction projects throughout the service area
